WAIVER

If anyone breaches these Conditions of Use then AJ Consultants is free to take any action and also be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where someone breaches these Conditions of Use.

TERMINATION

If AJ Consultants terminates the project, then company will pay the amount deposited in advance after deduction the labor charges and other expenses i.e. domain purchase charges and website hosting charges.
If the client terminates the project then AJ Consultants is not bound to pay any amount i.e. Advance deposit or any other payments.

PAYMENT OF ACCOUNTS

A deposit may be required from a new client before any work is carried out. In all cases, consulting fee and any costs incurred by AJ Consultants on behalf of the client are payable in advance and are non-refundable.

It is the AJ Consultant’s policy that any outstanding accounts for work carried out by AJ Consultants or its affiliates are required to be paid in full, no later than 30 days from the date of the invoice unless by prior arrangement with AJ Consultants. If accounts are not settled or AJ Consultants has not been contacted regarding the delay, access to the related website may be denied. Fees relating to web hosting or domain names must be paid prior to the expiration date of the said service. If the fees remain unpaid at the time of expiration, we will with immediate effect, cancel said service and any data held by said service will be removed.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of India and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts.
